1. The thickness of the steel plate at the round flange water chamber on both sides of the valve body is about 35m m, and the design is excessive. The steel plate here is reduced by 10mm. After improvement, not only the cost of raw materials can be reduced, but also the cooling performance of the cooling water in the water chamber can be improved.
2. The water discharge support at the water chamber of the valve body is changed from the original design quantity of 8 pieces/set to 4 pieces/set. After the change, the strength test and user's use prove that the product quality is not affected at all. Each set is reduced by 4 pieces of water discharge support, which not only reduces the cost of raw materials, but also reduces the labor intensity of workers.
3. The spiral water separator in the internal water cavity of the traditional flue valve plate is canceled, and the cooling water pipe of the inlet water is directly extended to the lower part of the valve plate (about 50 mm from the inner wall of the lower valve plate, which can prevent the formation of stagnant water at the lower part). After improvement, raw materials are greatly saved, labor costs are reduced, and product manufacturing cycle is shortened on the basis of ensuring the original product quality.
4. The width of the sealing belt of the valve body and valve plate sealing part is changed from 81mm to 25mm. After improvement, the width of the sealing belt becomes narrower, the flatness of the sealing belt is increased, the sealing pressure is increased, and the sealing effect is greatly improved.
5. The asbestos rubber gasket between the floating seal device structure bonnet and the packing box seat is in plane contact, with large contact area and low pressure. After a period of use, it leaks from here. Now it is replaced by an O-ring (a rectangular groove is processed in advance when the packing box is processed on the lathe). After the improvement, the sealing pressure is increased, which greatly improves the sealing performance and improves the service life of the product, The utility model solves the quality problem of air leakage at the sealing gasket after the user has used it for a period of time.
