Disc flue valve

The inlet flange on the angular valve body of the disc flue valve is connected with the hot air stove, the valve base is located on the flue, and the waste gas is discharged through the flue. The valve seat is provided with a water-cooled ring, which is installed between the angular valve body and the base, and is clamped by the bolts between the valve body and the base flange. When the valve cover is closed, the valve cover will sit on the valve seat. At this time, the valve cover will be tightly pressed on the valve seat by the furnace gas pressure and its own weight, playing a sealing role; When the valve cover is opened, the valve cover is kept in a stable state due to the action of the counterweight, and the turning angle when the valve cover is opened is 80 ℃. The cam type rope sheave is used to increase the torque on the transmission shaft when opening. At this time, the lifting force on the winch acts on a larger force arm to open the valve cover smoothly. After the valve cover is opened at an angle of 30 ℃, the force arm value will soon decrease to about 2/5 of the original value, and then the valve cover will be opened quickly. Since the resistance torque generated by the dead weight of the bonnet during the opening process decreases with the increase of the opening angle, after the bonnet is opened in place, the resistance torque generated by the dead weight of the bonnet is small, so a smaller force arm value is selected. When the valve cover is closed, the winch lifts the counterweight while dropping the valve cover by its own weight to make the valve cover on the valve seat. As the disc flue valve works at a high temperature (generally less than 500 ° C), it is difficult to lubricate the bearing of the drive shaft, and the closing operation of the valve cover is often affected by factors such as too small bearing clearance, jamming at the shaft packing seal, and deformation of the drive shaft. Therefore, a large clearance (generally greater than 1mm) should be provided for the drive shaft during design to prevent blockage.

Electric flue valve

The electric flue valve adopts a top mounted structure, which reduces the connecting bolts of the valve body under the conditions of high pressure and large diameter, enhances the reliability of the valve and can overcome the influence of the system weight on the normal operation of the valve. It is widely used in the coal chemical industry, petrochemical industry, rubber, paper making, pharmaceutical and other pipelines as the shunt and confluence or flow direction switching device.
